AC&R has been our “go to” company for a Mitsubishi split system HVAC installation (2015) as well as for an Enphase 29 roof solar panel system (8/2022) and a recent expansion of the solar panel system (12/2023). The expansion of the solar panel system included a large electric panel box, two additional solar batteries and an 18 KW Honeywell backup generator. We can monitor the solar panel system on the Enphase app from our cell phones 24/7. It’s an amazing system that has greatly reduced our PG&E electric bills. In 2022 we received a 30% federal tax credit on the initial solar panel installation and will receive a 30% tax credit on 2023 federal taxes on the solar panel expansion. Great savings!

Adrian Rivera provided excellent service in the installation of our Honeywell Programmable Thermostat. He carefully explained the programming for the new thermostat and verified the correct operation of the thermostat/furnace before leaving.

Adrian did a professional job assessing or heating system. We were given a 2-4 window and he arrive within the 2pm time. Right aways he throughly check our furnace and eliminated all probable causes. Narrowing it down to the true issue. We appreciate his hard work and professionalism. He knows what he is doing and you can tell he genuinely enjoys it.

The primary reason for requesting service was to clean out leaves and debris from the outside air conditioner unit. The leaves were not removed and the blade was not cleaned.

Aaron was professional, polite, knowledgeable & helpful.

From the moment he stepped into the house, squatted down and greeted Izzy calmly, until, as he was leaving, Aaron offered him a treat and threw teeny pieces closer and closer to him so Izzy could slowly get more confident taking one, Aaron was kind, respectful, smart, funny and oh so patient. He explained everything clearly and carefully, making sure I understood. I know I will have more questions further on down the road, and I want Aaron to be the answer man for me!

Everything went perfectly. The two young men who came to do the installation were some of the best workmen I've dealt with. They went way above and beyond to help me with some related tasks that I couldn't do alone. They were polite, professional and kind. They were amazingly patient with my terrified little dog who barked non-stop for a day and a half. On the third day, he greeted them with a wagging tail.
